There's not much in the way of activity in Pendrell Sound and the opportunities to shore Sally are limited, so we left Wednesday afternoon (after only one night) on a rising tide and made our way to nearby Roscoe Bay, one of our favourite anchorages. And it's been raining, for the most part, every day since then.
That makes five days in a row: Five very long days. This is by far and away the most miserable summer we've ever seen. BUT (you always have to look for the silver lining or risk going crazy) the forecast is calling for northwesterly winds to move through the area AND the barometer's on the rise again – two very good signs for clearing weather.
