We left Ganges around 9:30 this morning and made way for Secret Cove which is on the eastern side of the Strait of Georgia. The original forecast was for southerlies but that changed to northwesterlies this morning – the direction of our travel. Environment Canada had issued gale warnings for the area, but there was nothing for wind out there and we had to motor the entire way making for another long day.
